Blood Type A Positive Diet

Sprouts, tofu, okra, alfalfa, parsley etc are vital foods to be consumed in the daily diet. This will bring in a healthy balance. Fruits: Alkaline fruits work best for this bloodline. This includes berries, plums, figs, peaches, bananas, grapes and apples. However, fruits like melons, papayas, oranges etc hamper the mineral absorption and they should be avoided.

Foods for A Positive and A Negative bloodline are almost similar, with a few exceptions.
